Briana- No offence taken:-) Ideally yes, you are right tropical humid climate and woollen carpets don't go together.
I am assuming the carpet featured here in the room is not woollen:-)
If it is I am sure there is an air conditioner somewhere nearby;-)

I have been following & loving Pinakin's work for so many years now. Great post :)!
Hmmm.... I hope they have a lot of guppy fish in those water channels. So much water, as attractive as it looks, spells one thing - mosquitoes!

I wonder if someday Pinakin will take pity on us lesser souls and design some gorgeous but lightweight furniture which will actually fit into cramped Mumbai flats : (

Even I like Pinakins designs but it way too expensive and unaffordable so i am happy just looking at them. His store in Mumbai is huge and looks like house owned by some one really really rich..:-)
