If ever you happen to visit Ahmedabad, you should go to a famous village restaurant called Vishalla which serves a gujarati thali. There they have a utensil museum and you'll get to see a huge range. I love their betel nut cutters. Beautifully maintained, the food is great, the experience worth going back for. http://www.vishalla.com
